The notification shows that holidays are starting from 3 may 2022 but in the new notification it is also clear that these holidays are subject to the seeings of the eid ul fitr moon.

As you know that Ramadan starts on 3 April 2022 and Eid ul fitr day should start 3 May. So it is clear that the Pakistan government will announce an official notification that states that Eid ul fitr holidays 2022 will start from 2nd may and will be closed to 5 May 2022.
So you know that 1st may is on Sunday so the Labour Day holidays will be on sunday. 30th Ramadan is 2 May on monday. So it is sure to start the whole holiday. 3 may be eid ul fitr holidays so it is also confirmed holidays and then 4 & 5 are eid second and third day so they will also be considered a holiday. After closing these holidays then 6th may 2022 on friday will be a working day.
